100% Viognier. Sorted, lightly crushed, and placed in French oak barrels for 3 months. pH 3.45, Alc. 14.0%, Sugar 2.5 g/l, Acid 7.0 g/l.
Pale straw with a golden hue. Exuberant kiwi and apricot aromas. Clean and creamy palette. Lightly wooded (6 months) with subtle notes of apricot and kiwi.
