We prefer and recommend that you to specify a commercial address as the shipping destination for your order. This will help ensure that an adult over the age of 18 is available to sign for the delivery.
Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of wine, we will hold your order for you at no charge should the exterior temperature be exceptionally hot or cold at our warehouse or at your shipping destination. We will contact you should this occur.
We closely monitor the quality and storage conditions of our wines. Accordingly, we guarantee the quality of every bottle we sell. If you find any bottle not to conform to quality standards, we will happily exchange it. All sales are final, however, and we do not accept returns of any kind.
